This team is going to be solid at WR for years to come without him. New young players Crabtree & Morgan will be shining when the offense fixes their issues.
So no, no need for a an older disruptive player that has a track record of not getting along with teammates.

I hated T.O. for quite a while but afterwards i got over it
like many niners fans that where pissed when he threw a hizy fit out of town im pretty sure most would welcome him back with open arms.
hey we still dont have a solid #2 to compliment Crabtree so why not?
Morgan can learn a thing or 2 from him but im hoping its not his attitude that rubs off
he sounds like hes FINALLY matured he's been behaving over there in Buffalo so why not??
GET RID OF THE 81 we got this year & throw back in the old 81 for old time sake.

And now we're close to being a playoff caliber team again and you guys want him back?
It'll take more than some token kind words about the team that drafted him after he pissed all over the team once to convince me that would be a good idea.
He hasn't caused too much strife in Buffalo but the honeymoon isn't quite over yet. But I can see it starting when I watch Bills highlights. Remember it was all rainbows and daisies in Philly and Dallas too for the first year. Look how that turned out.
Not on board, sorry. That ship has sailed out to the middle of the ocean and sank.
Not to mention we have all the dropped balls that we can handle.

Seriously, who do we have besides Crabtree and VD? Morgan isn't that great and Hill appears once every blue moon. T.O. will make our WR core legit again. Even if he hasn't changed, it won't matter if he plans on playing for only 2 more years.

Yes, I would, because it would be a kind gesture to do. MSingary would never allow TO to disrupt the team in a negative way. It might be a perfect fit and a national shot in the arm for our franchise ( I bet 80% of all Americans know who TO is).

T.O. wouldn't survive as a locker room disruptor with the personnel and teammates we have. btw, IF we were to sign him we would great YAC ability but definitely lead the league in drops

Hell No.
Dont let this locker room cancer fool you.
Niner fans voting yes are like battered wives who keep hanging on to their abusive husbands.
Move on.

Owens
Crabtree
Morgan
Hill
Jones/Battle/GameOver/Oscar/Webmaster/IT DOESNT MATTER
TO, Crabs, and VD is more than enough for Alex...that would solidfy all of our skill positions on offense and again, allow us to focus FULLY on the line this off season...we get Alex a line with those kind of weapons...Crabs with a full off season with the squad, VD coming off his best year yet and he can only go up, and Frankie G is gonna be amped...
Our offense will be fine...
Now our defense...we've got a couple holes to fill...but for the most part, if they can play like they did this season for the most part, then we should be a playoff team next season...

He is not what he used to be. I know most of you will disagree, but why should we take him back when he disrespected our whole organization. Screw you T.O.! You have no class and dont deserve to put on the red and gold.
Now everybody is gonna bash me.....
i used to feel the same way. Owens was my favorite player. i wore his jersey to school everyday back in the late 90's. When he started burning bridges and crying to leave, i was very upset. i went from loving him to hating him in a matter of months. disliked him even more when he played for the annoying Eagles and rival Cowboys.
but now thats faded away. if he wanted to come back now, id be happy to take him back. hes still better than morgan, and he could help Crabtree (hopefully not in the how to be a ego maniacal jerkoff dept.)
we drafted him, we molded him, made him the HOF wr he turned out to be, and he also caught one of the most memorable TD's in 49ers history. he will always be a Niner. the prodigal son should be welcomed back. lol

Hell yeah i would welcome him back
i think TO is still a good WR and would instantly upgrade our WR core...Crabtree and Morgan need a solid vet and i think TO would love to come home, retire a 49er
He's more mature now..he knows that his bad attitude has gotten him kicked off some teams in the past and now he's changed his attitude and focusing on football...he hasnt started any havoc in Buffalo and will probably not be there next year...i say we get him to come back to SF
