Seriously?

there has got to be better options than robinson and jones on the street to return kickoffs and punts....cedrick wilson was more of a threat than robinson, otis fed amey more than brandon jones...

i know yamon figures was a speedy return guy for ravens, i think he is free...mcloughan needs to bring somebody in off the street...

Oh really?

Let's compare their 2009 Stats:

Michael Robinson - 17 Returns, 402 Yards, 23.6 Avg, 0 Fumbles, 0 Touchdowns
Allen Rossum - 7 Returns, 152 yards, 21.7 Avg, 0 Fumbles, 0 Touchdowns

And just for fun, lets compare Cedric Wilson and Michael Robinson (career):

Cedric Wilson - 67 Returns, 1418 yards, 21.2 Avg, 1 Touchdown
Michael Robinson - 29 Returns, 661 Yards, 22.8 Avg, 0 Touchdowns

Robinson may not be a sexy track star, but he gets the job done. Also, Yamon Figurs was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last month.

While we're at it...let's trade Jason Hill for Devin Hester

MRob has done a decent job. Not the threat you want back there but effective.

I can live with robinson returning kickoffs for now, but for the love of god get someone in here to return punts

robinson is averaging more yards per return than what Rossum was doing. So robinson has been pretty good,

Punt returner is a bigger issue

He's never a threat to break one though.

Why dont we sign Justin Miller or Dexter Jackons, they both have blazing speed and can return kicks. Dexter Jacskon is on the Panther's practice squad, Justin Miller is known fr being a return specialist and got waived last week and was great last year returning kicks for the Raiders and Jets.
Justin Miller also made the pro bowl in 2006. does he suck now?
Justin Miller is strictly a kick returner, doesn't handle punts, which is our real problem.

I would like to see the Niners sign Jacoby Jones if the Texans cut him or trade for him if they don't cut him. The Texans tried to trade Jacoby last year. As of late Jacoby has been back in the dog house, this week he was late for a team meeting;therefore' he didn't make the trip to Jacksonville this past weekend.

HONORS: 2009 AFC Special Teams Player of the Week (4), 2008 AFC Special Teams Player of the Week (6), 2008 AFC Special Teams Player of the Week (8).

CAREER: Explosive punt returner and receiver…has returned two punts for touchdowns in his career…only player in Texans history to have two punt returns for touchdowns…has 18 career receptions for 230 yards…has a career punt return average of 10.8 yards…his 12.1 punt return average in 2008 was good for fifth in the NFL…has a career long 74-yard punt return against Indianapolis (9/23/07).
Justin Miller is out there but dumbass Scot must think it's a good idea to have 2 guys with hands of stone and no returning skills back there.

I'm not sure, but I have a feeling that he's out there for a reason..
