OT
FS
DE/OLB - tweener
In that particular order.
McCloughan should take a hard look at one of Tampa Bays OT's. I would be very happy with either Trueblood or Penn.

RT, we need to get a proven starter at RT (not draft). Somebody who is more vocal, and plays good; it might rub off on Chilo.
OLB - draft the best pass rusher with the first pick in the draft, if nothing is available, try and work a trade for Peppers, if that doesn't work, draft Berry or Mays.
LG - Let Baas go, draft best available guard with our 2nd first round pick.
KR/PR - Draft or FA, doesn't really matter, prefer draft, since we could get him younger, cheaper, and less mileage.
FB - Draft/FA. A solid blocker that can also run a bit and catch; Norris doesn't look the same, and he is in the late stages of his career.
A bit more oline depth; depth at NT aswell.

Veteran ROG
The Niners used a high pick on Chilo Rachel. I think he'll turn into a solid OG eventually. If they brought in an grizzled veteran who still has enough in the tank, that player could step in and start while Rachael gets more seasoned. Someone like Larry Allen, but on the right side.
