Hummm...can we trade one of our WR to Raiders?

Compared to the Raiders....we do!

Plus with them just losing a WR they can use what ever they can get their hands on.
Crabtree is growing Crabgrass by now sitting on the sideline waiting for that extra million that he thinks will make or break his life...ridiculious!

Get a REAL 8-5 job and UNDERSTAND what a real Man works and sweats for!

Anyways, I am curious if Crabgrass had his choice between the 9ers and Raiders which team he secretly would prefer to play for?
No.

We need all the depth we can get especially with Jones being out.

Jones will be back and even with him out our starting line up still looks like this

Bruce/Morgan/Battle
If we could swing a deal for Hill/Spurlock/Zeigler/Battle, sure, why not? Better than cutting one of those guys loose.

That said, while we're all excited about the plays these guys make here and there, and while they may be valuable contributors, I have a hard time believing that another team will see them the same way we, or our coaches, see them, and the compensation won't be much to brag about. I really doubt we'd get as high as a 4th round pick for any of those guys.

I can see us getting a 3rd or 4th for Battle. The rest 5th or 6th
Is this really a necessary question?

maybe Battle, maybe. I threw him in there because I assume he's on the bubble, but I really have a hard time imagining him NOT making the team, you know? So realistically it would be either Hill/Spurlock/Zeigler we'd be dangling in a trade, and they're a bunch of nobodies as far as the Raiders, or anyone else, is concerned.

Now, if Battle doesn't make the team, and someone is willing to offer a 4th for him, I would gladly take it. A 3rd, hell yeah, but I have a hard time seeing it.

Considering the redundancy of this thread, yes it's a necessary response.

Your going to tell Crabtree how a real man works and sweats for what he wants huh? Crabtree comes from a blue collar family and worked so hard at his craft (football) he is considered one of the best young talents in the world and is about to get paid for it. Get off your high horse

why do people on this forum overrate Zeigler so much? Theres no team that would give up a draft pick for a 6th string receiver...were probably going to cut him and the fact that hes probably the 5th or 6th best receiver on this team is pretty sad..
