An offensive line is what I want, more than anything. After watching the success of NE, Atl and Denver, I'm convinced that it's more about the scheme and less about the players. Sure, they have some talented players, but regardless of who lines-up for them, they perform at a high level. That's the result of a good scheme and good coaching.

Denver's O-line looked great last night. McDaniels got away from their usual zone blocking and now, they look as strong as any unit in the league. They've always had a solid rushing attack, but in the offseason McDaniels has done enough to rank their O-line among the league's best in terms of pass protection.

I'm sick of this mauling-style of play that Singletary wants from his lineman. IMO, it's too easy for defenses to scheme against. I wish we'd run more counters and traps. Atl killed us with it because it's difficult stop. You don't need 330lbs lineman either. You need guys with mobility and good technique.

My wish is to jump in the Hot Tub Time Machine and re-live the glory years and championships, and making sure that I find a way for Roger Craig to not touch the ball in the '90 NFC Championship.
