Does this mean Bradford and McCoy are going to be Undrafted too?

Texas Tech gets a bad rap because they were one of the first big-time schools to stick with the spread. So Bradford and McCoy will won't get the system tag even though they run copy-cat offenses, and they'll get drafted.

That said, I think Bradford is a great QB, McCoy is overrated though.

I disagree with you there. McCoy did more with less....bradford is in a good system with great core of players around him.

McCoy>Bradford

The whole 'McCoy had less around him' is one of the biggest misconceptions about the big12.
Texas recruits better players than anyone in the big12 and anyone short of USC and a couple teams in the SEC.
McCoy has BETTER talent around him than OU and much better than everyone else in the big12.
Almost every starter on UT's team on offense is a 4 or 5 star recruit.

If Texas' players don't look as good, then it is because of subpar coaching, because they have no excuse considering their superior talent.

I'll have to respectively disagree with you about Texas VS Oklahoma. Bradford
had Loadholt and Robinson anchoring the O-Line. He had Inglesias and the TE that should be a 1st round draft choice next year (Gresham?). For a College team, even in the Big 12, thats quite a bit of talent.

I wont claim to be an expert on college OL but it does appear that McCoy also has a lot of talent on the OL. In fact, 4 guys would appear to be NFL players:

Adam Utatoski ot 6'8 310 ist team all Big 12
Tray Allen 0t 6'5 320 very highly recruited out of HS
Charlie Tanner G 6'4 300 missed games but still honorable mention Big 12
Chris Hall C 6'4 300 2nd team all Big 12

He also had Jordan Shipley who will also be drafted.

The point is.. most everyone seems to think that Bradford had the tremendous talent and that Mccoy didnt. Just not sure that is the case.

I think both QB's have a good amount of talent around them, I just feel McCoy will be the better QB from what i've seen on gamedays and yout...film

I thought he was signed by Cleveland?? Would love to see him in our training camp and placed on our practice squad....gotta love his poise and decision making, that's gotta count for something.

Texas Tech's infamous Spread offense and questionable arm strength, those are my guesses.

He'd be great in the Arena League, but I think they discontinued that. Some guys just need to play for awhile and get a shot. It's a shame the NFL can't come up with a minor league system that works, it would benefit them in the long run. The CFL is it, but guys almost never transition from there and the game is different. They need a league that follows the same rules/ field dimensions and put the teams in small towns with little competition for dollars. But since it wouldn't make a ton of money it will never happen.

They have a new minor league - Look at the United Football League. Maybe he can get a shot there.

I think they got a shot at #1 & #2 next year. It may be a bias of mine living in the southeast but I sure like Tebow.
