I'm in a 2 player keeper league and I must keep a WR. My top 2 WRs are Cooks and Baldwin.

Well I wouldn't want to keep either but since that wasn't an option I'd go baldwin.
You know what you're getting there. If cooks became Brady's favorite target then you'd have a butt hole the size of the grand canyon.
BUT there's a better chance cooks does nothing than become #1 target. But more probable he'll end up somewhere in middle.
Which means you have no idea where that middle is so Baldwin.
