Purdy will take the lead after this week. Dak has to go play in the cold in Buffalo against a very talented and desperate Bills team. And Brock gets to beat up on a bad Cards defense. A defense where he went 20-21 against in their 1st meeting.
+ he will be playing with a stadium that will be over 60% Niners fans AND he'll have hundreds (if not close to a thousand) family, friends, coaches, high school fans and Arizona acquaintances on hand rooting for him…

Look at the list and you can see why Brock probably won't win. CMC is on the list and he'll get some votes. Same with Tua. He has Hill. The ther guys like Dak and Allen don't have an MVP type on their team. That could affect the voting enough to keep Brock from winning.
We could very well see the closest MVP race ever if Dallas , Bmore , Philly and SF end with the same record .
I think it's safe to say that situation will favor Dak due to the already ongoing media narrative of down playing Purdys better stats and Dallas favoritism
Lamar will probably need a highlight reel to overcome his history of winning a previous MVP. Losing his #1 RB and pass catcher is pretty impressive for where they are .
Hurts chances are getting crushed w losing those late season match ups IMO

RB and WR won't get it. Dak will lose some games. He's much less good on the road. If we win out Purdy can win it for sure.

One thing the home crowd @ Levi's needs to start doing (esp. on MNF against the Ravens) is to start chanting "MVP! MVP! MVP!" when Brock has another one of his great performances….

I realize that RB and WR won't win but there are 50 sportswriters that vote. It's ranked voting where they are asked to vote for their top 5 picks. If enough vote for CMC it could pull votes away from Purdy. Some of these writers only see highlight films.

If I was a betting man, and I'm not, I would maybe put money Josh Allen. If he wins out and leads the league in TDs, I could see him winning the award.
The voters would view him and single handedly getting the Bills to the playoffs... even though he's partially responsible for the position they're in currently.
