This was the right decision, this never should have been taken away when they did the 2011 CBA, glad the 3rd QB doesn't count against the 48 active players.

I still think they missed the mark. It should be allowed to be a PS player.
He can be "active" every week as the 3rd QB, but any week he is not just the 3rd is viewed as an activation. And can only be protected the same as any other player.
