Rooting for him. I think he's already got a better situation in place with Ward and getting Daboll for him. Go be great man.

Yup rooting for him too. I'm praying he turns that team around and has success like DeMeco Ryans has had.

NOW TRADE JEFFERY SIMMONS TO THE 9ERS DAMMIT!!!

Indeed. He has a QB. He can get an elite edge rusher to start and he's on his way.

I have a feeling Saleh / Titans won't suck at all this coming season...

The comments on Wilson were interesting. Saleh did give him an elite defense, Breece Hall, etc. Wilson just wasnt it, but Saleh was right. Big Ben was brought along in a similar way. He didn't tirn into the big time passer until a few years later.
Saleh calling up season ticket holder who has no clue who he is talking to.

Saw that this morning - made me grin. Love Saleh. Rooting for him hard in Tennessee as long as he's not going against us!

Thankfully we played the AFC South this year, so no Saleh or Ryans until 2029 at the earliest unless

I really see Jauan Jennings going back to Tennessee. The for the first time in his career he's a free agent.

I am fine with that for sure

Salehs attitude and aura is infectious. Very easy to see why he has been so successful. I rarely wish other teams well, I only support the niners and wish the absolute worst for all of our competitors, but I will always wish guys like Saleh & demeco success (as long as it's not at our expense)

Great leader of men.
It was not a good look for him Week 1, if this continue his coaching opportunities in the future are going to be slim.

He's just not a good head coach imo.

if this continues, thats his last stint as a HC imo
Tough break for Saleh to have his two opportunities to be a head coach be two of the worst franchises in the NFL in the Jets and Titans. ... As a defensive oriented head coach, to have any shot at staying power, he would need a team with an established franchise quarterback and an established offensive system (as his OCs get head coaching jobs and depart.) ... He hasn't had and doesn't have any of that, which is not a winning formula for him.

Which still amuses me that he was such in a rush to be HC again. I mean he could've been more patient and chose a better team with a better outlook than just picking whatever team wanted a new HC. Now it looks like hes stuck with Cam Ward as his QB whom doesn't look the part. Its like him with the Jets and Zach Wilson all over again....

Its still week 1 so they could obviously still turn the situation around, but it hasn't started off well so far...

Tell that to Mike Macdonald. He's won 27 games in 2 years with Geno Smith and Sam Darnold and a new OC every single year. Having a nice offense is cool but make no mistake, defense will trump a great offense every day of the week and twice on Sundays. We just beat a super team with 4 starters out. 1)Darnold 2) Ouzts 3) Okada 4)Emmanwori
I could've said Charbonnet for a 5th but he got injured last year
