"Rams Have Best Running Backs in NFC West"

Yes, they have the NFC West's best running BACK, but I honestly think that the best running game goes to us. We do have two unproven rookie RB's, but combined with Gore, it has the ability to be a pretty tough running attack. I don't know maybe I'm just being a homer. Your thoughts?

Steven Jackson, Samkon Gado, Antonio Pittman, Kenneth Darby, Chris Ogbonnaya, Mike Karney, and Jerome Johnson. Between the other RB's they ave 114 carries for 440 yards.

I think Jackson has a better potential, but Gore lives up to his potential.

Gore is a better pure running back imo, Jackson is a ridiculous option out of the backfield. That said, Jackson has only started 12 games the last two seasons and gore has more receptions the last two years as well. It's funny, nobody seems to call SJ "injury prone" though.

Injuries could be due to his running style. He runs upright and does not go down from the initial hit.
