Nick Bosa will soon go through his first practices with the San Francisco 49ers since tearing his ACL last September, but if his offseason workouts are any indication, he appears to be ready to go. Bosa's 2020 season came to an end due to the injury, which took place against the New York Jets on September 20. He's been working on rehabbing the injury since then and has made it a point over the past few months to share videos on his progress, both in a public capacity and in private with the 49ers. Among them was trying to predict the fate of San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. Garoppolo will enter training camp atop the 49ers' quarterback depth chart. However, behind him is the No. 3 overall pick, Trey Lance. Lance is the future. Garoppolo is the present. At least, that is the impression that the team's decision-makers have been presenting all offseason.
