Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers OT Adam Snyder (ankle, knee) practiced Wednesday, Dec. 20, and is questionable for Week 16. Snyder would split time at right tackle with OT Kwame Harris if he is able to return.

LB Derek M. Smith (hamstring) practiced Wednesday, Dec. 20, and is questionable for Week 16. Smith has a good chance to return for the game.

TE Eric Johnson (knee) practiced Wednesday, Dec. 20, and has a good chance to play Week 16. He is listed as questionable on the team's injury report. If he plays, Johnson would likely see about 15 snaps alongside TE Vernon Davis.
