The San Francisco 49ers appear to have emerged from Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Philadelphia Eagles in relatively good health. However, they were not entirely unscathed. Head coach Kyle Shanahan, speaking to reporters after the dominant 42-19 win, provided injury updates.
