San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan informed reporters that Jimmy Garoppolo would be a full participant in practice on Wednesday, indicating that the plan is for the quarterback to start on Sunday night against the Los Angeles Rams. At least, that remains the hope. "He's ready to go out there and go today," Shanahan said. "He's still coming back from it, but I expect him to have a full practice, and I'll evaluate him out there." Running back Raheem Mostert suffered an ankle injury on Sunday night during the San Francisco 49ers' 24-16 victory over the Los Angeles Rams. Head coach Kyle Shanahan isn't sure yet about the severity of the injury. "No, we don't know yet on Raheem," Shanahan told reporters after the game. "I'm sure we'll find out tomorrow. I know he tried to come back. I think he did at the end of the second quarter. He tried to come back in. I think he did one play in the third quarter, and then he couldn't go." Mostert finished the game with 17 carries for 65 rushing yards and added two catches for 11 receiving yards. The 49ers coach knows what Mostert means to his offense.
