Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers WR Taylor Jacobs (hamstring) missed Week 5 due to a hamstring injury.

OG Larry Allen (knee) is able to return to play in Week 6. If Allen were unable to return, the club expects him to be ready for the Week 8 game.

TE Vernon Davis (leg) is still walking on crutches and remains out for Week 6 due to a hairline fracture to his fibula in his right leg.

WR Antonio Bryant (mouth) suffered a cut lip during Week 5 that required five stitches to repair. Bryant is listed as probable for Week 6.

RB Maurice Hicks (shoulder) suffered a shoulder stinger during Week 5, but is listed as probable for Week 6.

OT Jonas Jennings (wrist) suffered a wrist injury during Week 5 and underwent surgery to repair the ligament Monday, Oct. 9. Jennings is listed as probable for Week 6.
