49ers trade 6th round and conditional picks for QB Gabbert

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the San Francisco 49ers have traded a sixth round draft pick to the Jacksonville Jaguars for quarterback Blaine Gabbert.
Gabbert was a first round draft pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. In three seasons with the Jaguars, Gabbert has completed 414 passes in 777 attempts for 4,357 yards, a quarterback rating of 66.4, 22 touchdowns, and 24 interceptions.
He is expected to back up Colin Kaepernick. The 49ers are also expected to draft a quarterback in April.
UPDATE:
Jaguars GM David Caldwell confirms that, in addition to a sixth round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, that the trade included a possible conditional pick next year.
