Supplemental Draft takes place at 10am today

According to Matt Maiocco of the Press Democrat, the supplemental draft will take place at 10am today.

Brooks is the most notable player in the supplemental draft, which begins Thursday at 10 a.m. for players who did not declare for the April draft. The draft is conducted by email and should be over in about an hour.

The San Francisco 49ers officially announced the signing of wide receiver Mohamed Sanu Friday, while placing wide receiver Richie James on injured reserve due to a hamstring injury. Sanu, 31, is in his ninth NFL season after being selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft out of Rutgers. Sanu spent four seasons with the Bengals before moving on to the Atlanta Falcons in 2016, where he remained until being traded to the New England Patriots in 2019. 49ers place Nick Bosa, Solomon Thomas on injured reserve, sign Ziggy Ansah, announce other roster moves

The San Francisco 49ers announced several roster moves on Wednesday. The team has officially placed defensive linemen Nick Bosa and Solomon Thomas on injured reserve, signed Ezekiel "Ziggy" Ansah to a one-year deal, and promoted defensive lineman Dion Jordan from the practice squad. The 49ers also signed defensive lineman Alex Barrett and running back Austin Walter to the practice squad. Bosa sustained his injury during the first quarter of Sunday's game against the New York Jets. He needed to be carted to the locker room for further tests.
