Confirmed: 49ers will wear 60th Anniversary path on their jerseys

When Vernon Davis walked up on stage after being picked with the 6th overall selection in the 2006 NFL Draft, he was handed a 49ers jersey with the customary #1 on it.

That jersey had the 60th Anniversary patch on it. The 49ers wore a 50th Anniversary patch on their jerseys during the 1996 season.

Deebo Samuel officially put pen to paper on Monday morning, signing a three-year deal reportedly worth $71.55 million with a maximum value of $73.5 million, including $58.167 million that will become fully guaranteed on April 1, 2023.
