According to Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) of ESPN, San Francisco 49ers safety Taylor Mays has been traded to the Cincinnati Bengals for an undisclosed draft pick.
Mays was drafted out of USC in the second round of last year's NFL Draft.
While both sides denied the news, it was reported that the 49ers had turned down an offer from the Chicago Bears.
