Quarterback Alex Smith left the game with a sprained shoulder early in the 3rd quarter and was replaced by David Carr. Carr was 5 of 13 for 67 yards and an interception. Smith was 9 of 19 for 129 yards and a touchdown.
Next, the team will travel overseas to London to play the Denver Broncos.
