According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, the San Francisco 49ers are signing free-agent wide receiver
Chris Conley to a one-year deal. 49ers players are reporting to Santa Clara today for the start of the team's offseason program. Conley was among the receivers who
recently visited with the Niners.
The Kansas City Chiefs made Conley (6-3, 205) a third-round selection (No. 76 overall) out of Georgia in 2015. He registered four receptions for 46 yards through seven game appearances (one start) with the Tennessee Titans last season, per
Pro Football Reference.
Conley, 30, started last season with the Houston Texans but was released on October 4, 2022. He signed with the Chiefs' practice squad two days later before being claimed by the Titans on October 25, 2022.
Conley has caught 217 passes for 2,853 yards and 15 touchdowns in 109 game appearances (63 starts) through his eight NFL seasons, spending time with the Chiefs, Jacksonville Jaguars, Texans, and Titans.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk is in high spirits, and it's no wonder why. He's well aware that his bank account is about to get a significant boost, one way or another.
Aiyuk posted a video to Instagram, showing himself dancing and seemingly celebrating the good fortune of one of his NFL peers. The Detroit Lions recently inked their star wideout, Amon-Ra St. Brown, to a lucrative four-year, $120 million contract extension. Aiyuk eagerly awaits his own deal from the 49ers and recognizes that the news out of Detroit will only strengthen his agent, Ryan Williams' hand at the negotiating table.

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy achieved a remarkable feat in 2023, setting a single-season franchise record with 4,280 passing yards. This accomplishment is noteworthy, considering the illustrious quarterbacks who have graced the organization's history.
A significant portion of those yards came from wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk, who amassed a career-high and team-leading 1,342 receiving yards. Most of his 75 catches originated from passes thrown by Purdy.

The San Francisco 49ers announced the signing of wide receiver Trent Taylor to a one-year deal, reuniting with the team's former fifth-round draft pick out of Louisiana Tech.
Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area was the first to report that the 49ers were discussing a potential reunion with Taylor. The receiver was part of head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch's first draft class in 2017 and spent his first four NFL seasons with the team.
