The San Francisco 49ers and Minnesota Vikings are holding their second and last joint practice of the week at the TCO Performance Center in Eagan, Minnesota. The two squads will face each other for a preseason showdown on Saturday at U.S. Bank Stadium. It's the second of three exhibition games for the 49ers.

Many starters, including quarterback Trey Lance, are unlikely to play in this weekend's game. Head coach Kyle Shanahan has repeatedly said that he values joint practices more than preseason games and has used this week's sessions to evaluate his players.

Below are some sights and sounds from the Thursday morning session. This page will be updated with new photos or videos as they come in.
