San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo spoke with FOX Sports' Tom Rinaldi after a gutsy performance and a 27-24 overtime win against the division-rival Los Angeles Rams. Garoppolo completed 23-of-32 pass attempts for 316 yards, a touchdown, and two interceptions, doing so with a torn ligament and chipped bone in his right thumb.
