San Francisco 49ers kicker Robbie Gould had another strong finish to a season. For the third straight year, the veteran kicker has been named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Month for December.

Gould was 10-of-11 on field-goal attempts and 15-of-16 on extra points attempts throughout December. That includes being 2-of-2 on both field goals and extra-point attempts against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night, helping San Francisco win a division championship, and game-winners against the New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams.
Gould is in his 15th NFL season and third with the 49ers. The 49ers signed Gould to a two-year deal in 2017 and then re-signed him to a multi-year deal on July 15 after using the team used the franchise tag on the kicker.
