San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa's Week 7 performance against the Washington Redskins on Sunday has once again earned him a Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week Award nomination.

Bosa finished the game with a team-high seven tackles and a sack in the 49ers' 9-0 win over Washington.

The other award nominees are Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Gardner Minshew, Oakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs, Los Angeles Chargers safety Roderic Teamer, and Tennessee Titans defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons.

Minshew ended up winning the award following Week 5, which was the last time (and the first time) Bosa was nominated. Minshew has already won the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week Award four times this season.

Fans can click here to vote for the 49ers rookie through Friday. Bosa played college football at Ohio State, and the 49ers made him the No. 2 overall pick in April.

ESPN insider Adam Schefter recently shared his insights on the situation surrounding San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk during an appearance on the network's "NFL Live" show. Schefter clarified that while Aiyuk would like to remain with the 49ers, his priority is securing a contract that reflects his value, regardless of the team. When questioned about Aiyuk's desire to stay with the team that selected him in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, Schefter responded, "Well, I think his desire to get paid is greater than his desire to stay in San Francisco, wherever that is. If the 49ers want to pay him, I'm sure he'd love to stay in San Francisco. If another team would like to pay him, I'm sure he'd like to go
