"Celek Time" has taken the San Francisco 49ers locker room by storm – at least, in the eyes of the media. "Celek Time" now owes the NFL some money. 49ers tight end Garrett Celek was fined $18,231 for a horse-collar tackle during the team's contest against the Houston Texans this past Sunday, according to the Sacramento Bee.

The play in question occurred on an interception return by Texans cornerback Kareem Jackson during the first quarter. The 49ers were penalized 15 yards following Celek's tackle of Jackson. Of course, San Francisco went on to win the game 26-16.

Celek is the sixth 49ers player to be fined this season, according to Spotrac.com.
