The San Francisco 49ers, in sticking to their scouting character, were one of 17 teams present at the pro day of a talented, but oft-injured Florida defensive lineman Dominique Easley on Thursday.Easley is coming off his second torn ACL at Florida. He tore his knee in September and improving nicely. Easley would project as a top pick if healthy.Sound familiar?The 49ers have shown they are not afraid of drafting players coming off injuries. They took defensive tackle Tank Carradine in the second round and running back Marcus Lattimore in the fourth round last year.
