Just spend all the picks & money on defense. The O is gonna be what it is more or less.
We should spend the picks on good OL players. The D is great, we need to focus on offense right now. Of course certain coaches need to be fired also

It has got to be on offense. OL, QB, RB and WR. The D is fine, even with Aldon, Navorro and Dorsey missing, we are still holding our own being a top 5 defense.

But if Tank stanks DT does become a position of need in the draft..
If we miss the playoffs..
And Harbauugh is gone
Would we be in rebuild mode?

When you say rebuild mode, that will mean trading away aging key players and so forth. I think that is premature, there are still enough talent on this team to be successful. But, I think we will need to look very hard at a few key position in question and draft aggressively. OL,QB and RB will be a good place to start and no more trading down nor drafting injured players.
In a game or two, if it looks more and more like we can't turn this thing around, it might not be a bad idea to tank to climb up the draft board.
