We easily could have put them away with some shots down field. As the commentators said. Moss was on single coverage on the seem route a few times smith passed on him. Moss went to the sideline shaking hos head in dissapointment. I seen 3 plays where VD was on single coverage with a lb he had at least a 3step lead and smith ignored the play and ran to the line for a 1 and 0 yd gain. We cannot always depend on the defense to pull us out. A couple injuries on D and we are not the same team. So let's get the offense to utilizethat arial attack, that we are so gifted at. We not crush teams 44-20 instead of 27-20?? If you can't comprhend this don't even reply!

In the photo spread of GB/49ers, it was interesting to see how many pics of alex actually had him smiling as he was at the LOS. His 20/26 included 2 or 3 throwaways, and then there were the 3 Delanie drops. Against a super team like GB, that would have made me smile also...even if Raji was right in front of me and Clay was on the Lt side. I think the smile was because alex knew our coach had these guys bamboozled, and each play had a good shot at working.
Alex Smith looks like he's finally having some fun for the first time in his entire career. -He feels in complete control of himself, and his surroundings, total comfort zone.

Right, rodgers is accurate (so does a lot of other NFL QBs in the league), he can run well for yards with his legs (so does a lot of other NFL QBs in the league) and he knows his packer WCO offense well (having to sit behind Favre and inheriting a good play-off team with a well established offense, unlike Alex Smith). But now without a good o-line, WRs getting wide open, stepping up and catching everything and the chance to run for yds. He isn't and don't look as elite as many people think he is.
i.e. Under adversity rodgers shows his true colors, his WRs isn't as open as they use to be, he doesn't have as much time as he use to have to, he can't scramble to get more time or yds with his leg, and ultimately he isn't as accurate as he use to look. He looks average like Alex Smith use to look with fail coaching and supporting cast (even though he still has the same great HC).

To be fair to Rodgers his team did not have an easy time of it two seasons ago, when they won the Super Bowl. He was sacked a lot, he got injured and missed part of a couple of games, Packers didn't even win their division that year and had to play 3 playoff games on the road--they dealt with plenty of adversity.
Not to be on Rodgers' nuts or anything but he is a great quarterback. No need to downplay that, he's the best QB in the league and we still took it him

I got the feeling you have a problem with Fartgers... I'm going to have to stick with calling him Fartgers cause that's the way he's playing now and that's what I like to call him.
