Let's not be too hard on Adams because he couldn't catch a punt in a tornado. Reggie Bush dropped one as well and he has had plenty of time to learn his craft.

Adams runs like he wants to do the job instead of just being a cog on the wheel.

He looked pretty good in his 2 meaningless returns and the coaches know what they have more than the fans do. He was all the rage in camp before he got hurt and I think he was gonna have a role on offense too as a slot reciever. I get where your coming from but he just has that look like he belongs.

thats why i think in games like those conditions returners should just let the ball go.

My sources deep inside the 49ers organization says that he will play and will play good.

Adams has done some good things after he catches the ball. He will get better at that because so far, decision-making has been his issue, not as much as being able to catch.

He reportedly caught the ball well in practice albeit with much less wind to contend with. Anyone who has ever tried to catch a football twisting down from 100 feet in the air in very windy conditions will quickly recognize that the job of the guy trying to catch that thing is very difficult. Still, a young player trying to impress the coaches with his ability will try things he shouldn't attempt.

IMO...the only way to learn is to do it in actual live games! Its not like it ended us...we were still in it with those TO's...we just need to finish.

The niners havent announced inactives yet, but he is practicing with the team so it looks like he is gonna play
