That was my first game I saw of the Niners.. I was 9 years old and I've been in love with this franchise since that amazing run... still remains to this day arguably the best run I've seen!

I truly believe, like many experts and HoFers have said, that it is the greatest rushing play in the history of the NFL. The hole at the line, the evasive maneuver just after the line of scrimmage, the absolute pure ownage of the stiff arm, the weaving behind the blockers, the downfield blocking of the lineman and receivers, and the strength of Hearst to hold on to the ball trying to be stripped and get it across the line for the TD.

He looked like jemes Harrison returning that TD in the super bowl.....our CBs and safetys looked a lot bigger back then.
