I'm hoping for Baalke to finally draft guys at actulal areas of need. WR, ILB, CB, QB, OT. Anything else is going to make me even more pissed.

I am liking this, there seems to be quite a lot of support for Petty. This will be the right direction to take, if Kap can't make it this season he will need to be replaced. In fact, I already wanted Garappolo last year and Baalke never pulled the trigger as usual.
Oh well, once again I wouldn't hold my breath, let's see what happens.

there's still a lot of talent. give me ifo ekpre-olomu and Diggs in the 4th and I'll be happy. i've been watching Diggs since he was in high school. if we finally have offensive coaches that can get a player like him in space, he will be an immediate difference maker.

I really wanted us to address CB by now as well, but dont see great options in round 4. Maybe Grant or Ekpre-Olomu, but I think at this point its more likely that we grab someone like Diggs or Everett late.

I can't believe Sean Mannion went before him let alone in the 3rd round. I think Petty had a far better off season than Mannion did and turned the ball over much less than Mannion did in college.
I would love to have Petty as a 49er but I bet he goes to some team like Cincinnati or Chicago.
