A;right, I don't think we'll draft a RB in the 1st 4 rounds. Nor do I see Trent Williams there at #13. I also think Hayden is overrated so... nevermind i'll add him anyway. So with that in mind, build your own draft with the players I have selected.

Hayden
Dez Bryant
Earl Thomas
Anthony Davis

What do you feel would be the best combination of players. Feel free to add what you'd do in 5-7 if you wish.

My combo at this point in time after yet another flip flop.

Graham
Davis
Kareem Jackson
Gilyard
and either Marshall Newhouse or Brandon Carter in the 4th.

What say you?
Graham
Davis
Kareem Jackson
Gilyard

Mine would be the same given the options you gave. I choose Graham because I don't think he falls to 17. I have to read up more on Davis though and what's up with the reports of him being lazy, Charles Brown is another possibility. And I like Jackson because the 2nd round will be great to get secondary help. And Gilyard for obvious return skills.

Given your conditions (no Spiller and no T Williams), trade #13 to the Patriots for #22, worth 370 points, equivalent to the #53 pick, make whatever minor adjustments required to get one of NE's 2nd rounders, the closest to 53. Then, given your options:
#17 Earl Thomas FS
#22 Jason Pierre-Paul (think of the pre-game backflips!) DE/OLB (or Graham)
#49 Demaryius Thomas WR
#53 Rodger Saffold RT
#79 Akwasi Owusu-Ansah CB-KR
#113 Jamar Chaney ILB
I mean, seriously!

I say i think youre a big blue fan.

...And half of your #49th players will go in the 1st round. Literally. Half.

Also, Iupati is not a 1st rounder. Just sayin. You asked.

Since you know where everyone is going why don't you let us know so we don't have to wait for the real thing. Michael Crabtree wasn't going to make it out of the top five last year and we picked him at ten. I'm interested in the first rounders he has listed at #49 because I could see Robinson, Thomas, McCourty, and Saffold going in the first but I could also see them lasting until the late second as well.

Not a big blue fan at all. I'm willing to bet that half my #49th players don't go in the 1st. There stands a chance they won't make it to #49 but I bet no more than 2 if that goes in the 1st.

Fun post! I also agree with all of your initial assesments. Not what I think we will do, but here's what I would do, and no ridiculous trades that will never happen with a rookie trigger man.

13. Anthony Davis OT - no way we chance him lasting to 17
17. Earl Thomas FS - BPA, playmaking centerfielder we every team covets. I doubt he's there though
49. Devin McCourty CB - Nickel back and return man, successor to Clements
79. Jason Worlids, OLB - always need pass rushers, I would prefer McCluster if there. Worlids is the type of small school gem to grab here.
113. Brandon Carter, OG - What we've been missing, a nasty attitude upfront.
For the rest I would look at another return specialist and BPA.

13- Brandon Graham
17- Earl Thomas
49-Jared Velheer
79- Mardy Gilyard
113- Marshall Newhouse

SUPER BOWL
13 Haden
17 Graham
49 Saffold
79 Gilyard
113 Newhouse OG

Cover corner, pass rusher, starting RT, slot WR/return man, and interior depth/new starting LG.

Works for me!
