49ers' Deebo Samuel to Kyle Shanahan before TD run vs. Cowboys: 'Just give me the ball. I got you.'

Deebo Samuel has become a very confident player for the San Francisco 49ers. He is willing to do whatever it takes to get the football in his hands and make a play. Samuel is a wide receiver but lines up as a running back too. He led the 49ers with eight rushing touchdowns this season. Samuel had another rushing touchdown during Sunday's 23-17 playoff win against the Dallas Cowboys. That one was impressive, as it involved Samuel improvising on the play and turning back inside to get into the end zone. That wasn't how the play was drawn up, by the way. How did Deebo even find this hole? 😱

What a night it was for the San Francisco 49ers and their fans. The Bay Area team entered the playoffs as the sixth seed in the NFC. They already knocked off the NFC East champion Dallas Cowboys, and on Saturday, eliminated the top-seeded Green Bay Packers in an upset at Lambeau Field. The 49ers special teams unit, often criticized as the team's weakest link, shined. There was a field goal block by safety Jimmie Ward before halftime. Defensive lineman Jordan Willis blocked a punt in the second half, and safety Talanoa Hufanga scooped up the football and returned it for a game-tying touchdown. The San Francisco 49ers defeated the Green Bay Packers Saturday night, in the snow, at frigid Lambeau Field to punch their ticket to the NFC Championship game. After the victory the team knew they would be facing either the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or the Los Angeles Rams, depending on the result of their Divisional Round matchup Sunday afternoon. The Rams jumped out to an early and decisive lead against the Bucs, and not long after, tweets began appearing about Ticketmaster limiting ticket sales to individuals with Los Angeles-area addresses only. This information got 49ers Twitter in an uproar, and then later, more tweets appeared from Rams fans, and even Rams' left tackle Andrew Whitworth's wife, imploring Rams season ticket holders not to sell their tickets to 49er

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers once said the San Francisco 49ers would regret not selecting him in the 2005 NFL Draft. Since then, he has been 0-4 against his hometown team. Most are predicting that Rodgers' time in Green Bay is over. The four-time first-team All-Pro and 10-time Pro Bowler will likely force an exit from his NFL home of 17 years. That could mean joining a team that feels it is a quarterback away from being a potential contender, like the Denver Broncos. One ESPN host, Mike Greenberg, believes Rodgers should join the team that has been his playoff kryptonite. "I'm going to bring up Kevin Durant," Greenberg said on ESPN's Get Up. "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. You know what? Kevin Durant went to Golden State
