There weren't any setbacks for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (thumb) either. Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers

This week, it was revealed that Jimmy Garoppolo suffered a right shoulder sprain in Sunday's win against the Dallas Cowboys. The quarterback was already dealing with a right thumb injury. All signs point to him still starting in Saturday's game. A rare Levi's practice under the lights for the 49ers. It's a little cool outside … but it will be 40 degrees cooler on Saturday.
