NBC Sports Bay Area reports that the arrest warrant for San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk remains active. Meanwhile, the player's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, announced that he and Aiyuk are scheduled to meet with the team Friday at 3 p.m. PT.
The warrant remains active for Brandon Aiyuk's arrest from an alleged December speeding incident near Levi's Stadium, the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office tells NBC Sports Bay Area.

Aiyuk is wanted on a misdemeanor charge of exhibition of speed. The receiver made headlines in December 2025 after posting a widely criticized video that appeared to show him speeding past Levi's Stadium, the 49ers' home venue, in what was reportedly a newly purchased Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing.
The video appeared to show Aiyuk driving at speeds exceeding 100 mph, prompting significant backlash.

Aiyuk later apologized for his actions in a social media post.
"Sorry yall, my car content won't come with speeding anymore!" Aiyuk wrote. "Was praying with my son tonight and wouldn't want anybody else to miss out on an opportunity to do the same with their loved ones! My apologies."
Aiyuk has also filed the paperwork necessary to seek reinstatement to the NFL. However, according to Pro Football Talk, the receiver has not yet been reinstated.
The wide receiver is seeking his release from the 49ers, but financial complications could make the situation more difficult to resolve. NFL insider Tom Pelissero reported that Aiyuk owes San Francisco approximately $13 million in signing-bonus money tied to the four-year, $120 million contract extension he signed ahead of the 2024 season.
