NFL fines 49ers receiver Jauan Jennings for scuffle with Tre’von Moehrig

Jauan Jennings avoided a suspension, but the NFL levied a significant fine on the 49ers wide receiver for his altercation in the moments after the team’s victory over the Carolina Panthers on Monday night.The NFL fined Jennings $12,172 for unnecessary roughness after he retaliated against Panthers safety Tre’von Moehrig at the conclusion of Monday night’s game at Levi’s Stadium.Moehrig punched Jennings below the belt with a left-hand jab late in the 49ers’ 20-9 victory over Carolina.
