DE Sam Okuayinonu (ankle, questionable)
Sam Okuayinonu went down in the third quarter but was able to limp off the field. He was later announced as questionable to return with an ankle injury.
LB Dee Winters (knee, out)
Dee Winters was shaken up in the third quarter but was able to walk to the sideline under his own power before heading to the medical tent for evaluation. Curtis Robinson replaced him.
Winters later returned to the game but exited again and was ultimately ruled out with a knee injury.
DT Jordan Elliott (ankle, out)
Jordan Elliott exited in the second quarter with an ankle injury. The 49ers have announced he is questionable to return to the game.
