This was nothing new to the 49ers.A team that simply could not seem to win a close game a year ago, has made the clutch plays in key moments in each of the first three games to open a new season.“I’ve just been so proud of the guys in all three games,” 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said following the team’s 16-15 victory over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium.“All three of those games are games that could have gone either way. We’ve had to overcome a lot in those games going into them with some injuries and some people we’ve lost during the games in all three.”Here is the 49ers’ report card from their victory, which leaves them as the only 3-0 team in the NFC West:Rushing OffenseThe 49ers could not get a whole lot going on the ground, as the Cardinals’ defensive strategy was to make life as difficult as possible for Christian McCaffrey on the ground.McCaffrey managed 52 yards on 17 carries for a 3.1-yard average.
