Despite throwing two costly interceptions, Brock Purdy earned an overall grade of 65.3, his fourth-highest mark of the season. The quarterback finished the game 21 of 30 passing for 272 yards, a touchdown, and a passer rating of 81.5. For the Vikings, quarterback Kirk Cousins was 35 of 45 for 378 yards, two touchdowns, an interception, a passer rating of 107.2, and an overall grade of 77.2.
George Kittle earned the 49ers' highest overall grade and the second-highest grade in the game, with only Vikings safety Camryn Bynum, helped by his two interceptions of Purdy, topping him (92.0). The tight end earned a team-leading 78 receiving yards on five catches. Kittle earned his highest grade of the season during Monday night's game.
Linebacker Fred Warner was the 49ers' highest-graded defender, finishing with a game-high 13 tackles, a tackle for a loss, and a pass defensed. His 85.4 overall and 91.6 run defense grades are both season highs.
Jauan Jennings finished the game as the 49ers' highest-graded wide receiver, finishing the game with five catches for 54 yards.
Running back Christian McCaffrey registered 45 rushing yards and a touchdown on 15 carries, adding three receptions for 51 yards and a receiving touchdown. However, he had a costly lost fumble, earning his lowest overall grade (56.4) of the season and his lowest grade since Week 9 in 2021 (55.4).
McCaffrey played all 53 offensive snaps despite working through a slight oblique tear all week. He was one of seven players to play every offensive snap. The others were Purdy and the team's five starting offensive linemen.
Jaylon Moore played well, filling in for Trent Williams at left tackle. His 74.5 overall grade is a career-high, allowing just one pressure in 33 pass-blocking snaps and earning a pass-blocking efficiency score of 98.4.
Despite Cousins dropping back 45 times, defensive end Nick Bosa failed to reach the Vikings quarterback. Bosa recorded a team-high six pressures but earned his second-lowest pass-rush grade (64.8) of the season. His tackling grade of 52.7 is also a season-low.
