NFL Network to air 49ers-Packers preseason game live

KPIX 5 will broadcast the preseason matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers at Levi's Stadium throughout the Bay Area. Fans outside the region can also watch the August 12 game.

NFL Network announced its slate of 22 live preseason games, including the 49ers' first exhibition matchup. Those with access to the channel can watch the August 12 action live at 5:30 p.m. PT. It will immediately follow the preseason matchup between the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions set to air at 3:00 p.m. PT.


Fans will also be able to watch the 49ers' third and final August 25 preseason game, a matchup against the Houston Texans, on Amazon Prime. That's two of the three preseason games available to fans outside the local broadcast regions.

The remaining 49ers preseason game, an August 20 road matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, will air on KPIX 5 to Bay Area fans.
