The Cincinnati Bengals are signing former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Trent Taylor, per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. Taylor tried out for his new team during a rookie minicamp over the weekend.
#Bengals are signing former #49ers slot receiver and punt returner Trent Taylor, source says. Good fit for Cincy, which lost Alex Erickson in free agency and had a hole at both spots.

San Francisco made Taylor a fifth-round selection out of Louisiana Tech in 2017. The four-year veteran registered 10 receptions for 86 yards through 12 games this past season. His production has steadily decreased over his three NFL seasons (he spent 2019 on injured reserve), accumulating 430 receiving yards in 2017 and 215 yards in 2018.
Taylor, 27, has caught 79 passes for 731 yards with three touchdowns through the three NFL seasons in which he has played.
