The game is expected to be played despite poor air quality in the area due to wildfires. The seemingly neverending injury news got worse in a hurry for the San Francisco 49ers against the New York Jets on Sunday as defensive linemen Nick Bosa and Solomon Thomas were carted off the field in the first quarter due to a knee injury. Bosa went down with the injury after a first down run from Jets running back Frank Gore. Bosa was visibly in pain on the turf before trainers carted him to the locker room.
