San Francisco 49ers fans got a scare on Sunday when All-Pro tight end George Kittle appeared to suffer a knee or leg injury late in the second quarter of the team's matchup against the Arizona Cardinals at Levi's Stadium. The good news is that Kittle was back on the field during the 49ers' first offensive drive of the second half. Kittle was hit by Cardinals safety Budda Baker after a high pass by quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo bounced off his hands on the 49ers' final drive of the first half.
