Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down: The 49ers Moves in Free Agency

I'm not into giving out grades. No offense to the teachers out there. I do, however, think each offseason move by the Niners brings on a general feeling of approval or "¯_(ツ)_/¯" type of response. San Francisco agreed to terms with seven players on Wednesday, the spending spree kick-off to NFL free agency. The additions also meant subtractions in the form of veterans being released or not re-signed to the debut season of "KyJo."

The Atlanta Falcons signed former San Francisco 49ers tight end Charlie Woerner to a three-year, $12 million deal in March, agreeing to terms during the two-day negotiation window ahead of the new league year.
