The 49ers promoted former Cal wide receiver Chris Harper to the teams active roster on Tuesday.To make room for Harper on the roster, the team released wide receiver Keshawn Martin, who appeared in two games, handled two kickoffs and fumbled away one of them.The 49ers signed wide receiver Mose Frazier to the practice squad to take Harpers spot.Harper was active for the 49ers Week 1 victory over the Los Angeles Rams. He was waived the next day but re-signed to the teams practice squad.
