The WWE has fell off hard with the retirements of some of their more popular superstars like Batista, Edge, Shawn Michaels and Triple H. It feels like they have replaced them with guys who are meant to be second and third tier superstars.
not those guy's fault, its the organization. They keep trying to have the same people in the spotlight. Fans are going to keep wanting to see those guys then.
i remember the Monday Night Wars documentary and one reason mentioned for the downfall of wcw was the lack of developing new superstars. Guys like eddie guerro and Y2J stated they couldnt catch any breaks and thats why they came to the WWE.
Thats true. I still don't look at guys like Daniel Bryan being main headliners for this buisness. He doesn't really fit the mold
Daniel Bryan sucks.
CM Punk as well. Doesn't really have charisma. Only pushed for his straight up image. I hate this PG era crap
LOL.... they have been carrying the WWE for the past 9 months. Punk was so hot last summer, only Triple H could screw it up (which he did). Not to mention both are so over right now & Bryan is getting his "yes" phrase going. Seriously do you watch the shows? "The Mold" hasn't existed for a long time (Austin sure as hell didn't fit the mold, neither did HBK or Hart, ect ect I could go on)
