Yep TKO twice in a row first to Thiago Silva then James Irvin.
Whatever happened to Rulon Gardner, the former olympic wrestling champ?

His last and only fight was in 2004.

He overwhelmed the experienced Judo MMA dude Yoshida.
I guess he quit the sport. Bas Rutten *if i remember right* was saying how heavy his punches were at close range and how most people couldn't do any damage.

I'm a Penn fan but if I had to place a bet, it'd be on GSP. That dude is a freaking robot. He's built like a Triple-8 Terminator on hydroxycut.

Nah with Penn's conditioning now, I'd still put my money on him.

What a bet??
YEa, Penn's cardio has improved crazy amounts. He's just more determined than ever. Although he did look a little chubby at this last UFC. I"m sure he can cut all that out though in a matter of weeks.

The thing with Penn is that everyone underestimates his stand up. His punches are so heavy and accurate, that he messes up every fighters face that hes fought. Can someone go back and post the pic of every fighter that has fought Penn dating back to Penn vs. Jens 2, and you'll see what I mean.

Yea, penns stand up is good, no doubt. That was gross when he was choking out Joe Stevenson and that gash on his forehead was spurting out blood into the air. It was like a squirt gun shooting out blood.
Does Penn have a reach advantage over GSP? I know they're similar in height 5'9/5'10.
