It's only a matter of time before he breaks a leg and is never the same. I don't want that. I hope I'm wrong. But guys that size, that skinny, will have a devastating injury at some point before their career is done. Again, I hope I'm wrong.

Seriously. Trading a dude who's 25 and an MVP candidate every year for an oft injured older dude is crazy. AD is good but Luka is gonna be a menace for the next ten-fifteen years if he doesn't eat himself out of the league

Even Trent Baalke is pointing and laughing his ass off at the Mavs GM right now. Jerry Jones suddenly only the 2nd worst GM in Dallas.

"I believe that defense wins championships," Mavs GM Nico Harrison told ESPN regarding his motivation to trade Luka Doncic for Anthony Davis. "I believe that getting an All-Defensive center and an All-NBA player with a defensive mindset gives us a better chance. We're built to win now and in the future."

I don't think anyone knew. Everyone is shocked. I think change in Mavs ownership - probably didn't want to pay Luka supermax.

so far the reports are saying Mavs were nervous cause Luka wasn't conditioning and really giving the Mavs affirmation that he was going to sign a max deal with them.
