Lebron had very high praises for Vogel and I'm not sure when he walked all over Vogel. He even gave Vogel a lot of credit for playing Austin Reaves last season. Ppl just be saying something.

Problem with Vogel was - he is not a good offensive coach and can't get the best out of role players. Also - he was not allowed to hire his own coaching staff. Lakers management did that for him. If Vogel surrounds himself with right offensive coaches - he's a damn f**king good coach.

No chance Lakers don't match any offer for Reaves.

He will only cost approx 12m against the cap in 2023 and 2024 for the Lakers. Easy to match.

Rui on the other hand - can be had if offered more than 15-16m a year.

Yup - saw that. Smart move! Vogel is a really good coach and an amazing defensive coach. I liked the hire.

Will be interesting if he goes for the money or takes a little less and tries to win another championship. If Lakers renounce DLo - they can pay him close to 20m a year. He probably can get 25 a year from Magic or Rockets or Spurs.
